The Athena Foundation
The APPG on Fair Business Banking receives secretariat services from the non-profit Athena Foundation. The Athena Foundation receives three ‘tiers’ of funding. First, we operate an Associate Membership scheme for companies who support our objectives and would like to provide us with funding, but with no say in our aims and objectives. For more information on Associate Membership please contact Jackie Roberts at jackie@theathenafoundation.org.uk. Second, specific workstreams require project funding from participating institutions. Lastly, the Athena Foundation receives larger grants from donors such as Open Society Foundations and The Joffe Trust. All funds received (no matter how great or small the amount) are declared within the accounts of the Athena Foundation and reported to the Office of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards (if above £1,500).
